Guy Waterman
Director

Guy has worked in the financial and professional services industries for over 37 years. He has spent the majority of his career working for Lloyds Banking Group within their financial market’s division. Guy held senior positions leading and managing national sales teams advising and structuring solutions for clients across varied product and service lines including international banking, currency risk management and payment solutions. Recently, Guy was Head of Client Services for a top 10 accountancy firm where he led & managed a number of the group’s advisory service businesses in the UK.

Guy has a great deal of experience in international trade and finance and possesses a wealth of knowledge across a wide range of products, services and industry sectors globally.

Gerry McClement
Director

Gerry has extensive experience working with international clients to improve processes with technology and solutions that support their strategic goals.

Gerry worked in senior client facing roles with HSBC Markets, RBS Capital Markets, NAB Capital and latterly Lloyds Bank Markets.

As part of Gerry’s responsibilities, he has managed client development teams and built out new transactional and risk platforms. His experience also covers project roll outs of full stack platforms as well as regulatory and AML roles.
